You may exchange an item for another size or even a completely different item. To ensure that your item is not sold out, please email us or call us at 919-747-9000 to hold your item(s). For exchanges, there is no additional shipping charge to send the merchandise to you. We will pay to have your exchanged merchandise shipped back out to you.
After filling out this form you will need to pack up your items for shipment (in the original package if possible). Please remember that you will be responsible for the shipping costs and it is highly recommended that you send your package with insurance. That way you will be protected from loss during shipping. Once your return is processed your credit card will be refunded for the amount of your purchase minus the shipping charges incurred. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for your credit card refund to appear on your statement. By shopping with us you have agreed to the return/exchange policies stated above.

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in the original shoebox without damage.

Additionally, if you have purchased from Clothes Hound or subscribed to our newsletters or otherwise have chosen to receive communications from us, we may occasionally update you on special opportunities via email or other methods.
You can choose to be removed from our mailing lists at any time by sending email to firstname.lastname@example.org from the address to be unsubscribed or by using the link provided in each edition our emails. As we only wish to send email to our opt-in customers and do not intentionally spam, please be certain that you have sent this unsubscribe request from the address to be removed. If you have another email address you would like removed, then please send another letter from that address. Because we plan our mailings in advance, it may take several weeks for your request to become effective.
